Miss Sasenarine, Mrs Whybrew, Miss Bobbin and Miss Smith welcome you to our Year One page.
We hope that the children found the live sessions useful this week. We will be increasing the amount of live sessions per day to 4 from Monday. As you can see we have been getting to grips with the Teams platform, we thank you for your patience and hope that we will continue to iron out any teething problems as the weeks progress.
Important notices
Code of Conduct - Teams: Please take a look at the Code of Conduct document, in the Microsoft Teams Page below, details of which are outlined in this week's newsletter.
Submitting work: Each day we will indicate which pieces of work we would like you to submit for marking, either by photo or as a scan of work, by placing the camera symbol next to it, 📸. This will allow for more specific feedback.
Photos: Once a week we will upload photos of the children to the class webpage so that the children can see their classmates in this time apart. Any photos you send with your child in the photo (for example holding their work) will be uploaded. If you don't want a photo of your child uploaded then please just send a photo of the work itself. There are 90 children in the year group so we will limit these photos to 2-3 per child each week. Please can you ensure that your child's class and name are in the subject of the email.
Please email us if you have any queries or concerns. The email address is year1@stjosephs.ealing.sch.uk
Have a great weekend,
The Year One team.
