  Autumn Term 2019

We read the story 'Pick a Pine Tree' by the author Patricia Toht and was so inspired we made our very own miniature Christmas trees! We used pine cones that we had been collecting from autumn walks. The children painted the trees, decorated them, added a base to keep it upright and a star on the top of the tree.

We have been getting in the spirit of Christmas this morning and talking about Christmas all over the world. We learnt that lots of people in Honeybees speak different languages as well as English and we decided to learn Merry Christmas in another language. Here is a picture of the children in Honeybees singing Merry Christmas in Spanish! 11/12/19
