Microsoft Teams Log In Instructions

(these are also in the document at the bottom of the page with pictures.)

1. Open the internet and type in portal.office.com

2. You will be directed to sign in using your username and password.

Your child’s username and password can be found stuck in the back cover of their Science exercise book.

Their username is like an email address and is made up of their first four surname letters, first initial, three digits then .307@sjcphanwell.onmicrosoft.com

e.g. smita000.307@sjcphanwell.onmicrosoft.com

Do not worry if your child’s log on details are not in the back of their science book, please just email year1@stjosephs.ealing.sch.uk and we will let you know your child’s log in details.

3. Next you will then be directed to either download the Microsoft Teams app on your laptop or computer OR you can use the web (internet) version. It doesn’t matter which version you choose.

4. Now you will then be logged in to your child’s Teams account. 

They should already be a part of two 'Teams' their Class Team, e.g. 1S 2020-2021, as well as a whole Year 1 Team called Year 1 2020-2021.
