Year 1

Miss Sasenarine, Mrs Whybrew, Mrs Casey and Miss Bobbin welcome you to our Year One page.

Finally, it looks like Spring has arrived back.  Our plants are beginning to grow and the garden is coming alive.

Thank you to 1C for their lovely 'Journeys' assembly.  We are looking forward to seeing what 1B have been preparing for their assembly next Wednesday.

We are all busy preparing for the Dance Festival and the Sculpture festival which will take place in a few weeks time.  We have attached the links to each of the class dances below so that the children can practice.  Our aim is to know all the moves without the video to follow - no easy task, but we are sure that Year One can do it! See details of Dance Festival below.

Lower Phase Sculpture Display- Monday 1st April in the Dance Studio from 8am-3.10pm.

Note to parents: Please can you be mindful of where you stand when collecting the children after school.  Please don't block the pathway from the classes to the playground.

Next week: 9am Wednesday.  1B class assembly.

Have a good weekend,
